Job Description:

ECOS is looking to hire a digital marketing manager to be responsible for spearheading company’s marketing
strategy, including but not limited to developing, implementing, tracking, and optimizing our digital marketing
campaigns across all digital channels (including email) and marketing automation. You should have a strong
grasp of current marketing tools and strategies. Marketing manager will work with the marketing team,
supporting teams (such as programmers), and vendors to launch campaigns on time and on budget.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, plan and execute digital marketing strategies and initiatives, paid social media, search and display
advertising campaigns
• Monitor trends in social media tools, applications, channels, design and strategy
• Develop relevant, original, high-quality content to reach the company’s target customers
• Create a regular publishing schedule and manage all published content (images, video and written)
• Monitor, listen and respond to users in a “Social” way while cultivating leads
• Become an advocate for the company in social media spaces, engaging in dialogues and answering questions
where appropriate
• Identify threats and opportunities in user-generated content surrounding the company. Report notable
threats to appropriate management
• Develop and maintain key partnerships online to shape new connections and opportunities
• Monitor effective benchmarks (Best Practices) for social media campaigns
• Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies
• Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and
customer touch points
• Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)

Key Qualifications and Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in digital marketing
• Excellent knowledge and writing skills in Armenian, Russian and English
• Proficiency in content marketing theory and application
• Experience in sourcing and managing content development and publishing
• In-depth knowledge and understanding of social media platforms and their respective users (e.g. Facebook,
Instagram, YouTube, VK etc.)
• Advanced expertise in Excel and solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics, Yandex
Metrics)
• Outstanding problem-solving skills, the ability looking at every problem with fresh eyes and digging deep
for insights and solutions
• Winning Social Customer Service techniques such as empathy, patience and advocacy
• Ability to identify potential negative situation and apply conflict resolution principles to mitigate issues
• Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement
• Ability to analyze and develop complex marketing models
• Proactivity to understand the business needs and build a roadmap to drive the business to the goals
