Accountant

JOB DESCRIPTION:
  
FXTM Armenia is looking for a motivated and skilled candidate to fill the position of Accountant, who will report directly to the Finance Manager and General Manager in Armenia.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage accounting, bookkeeping, payroll calculation and report to tax authorities;
- Be involved in the financial reporting and budgeting process;
- Assist in external and internal audit works;
- Assist in managing treasury/ cash functions;
- Prepare various financial and regulatory reports as per client's request.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Higher education in Finance or Accounting;
- Excellent knowledge of English language;
- Relevant work experience will be considered as an advantage;
- Analytical skills;
- Excellent Excel skills; 
- Knowledge of financial and accounting reporting systems is a plus;
- Good communication skills.

Deputy Finance Manager
  
JOB DESCRIPTION: 

FXTM Armenia is looking for a motivated and skilled candidate to fill the position of Deputy Finance Manager, who will report directly to the Finance Manager and General Manager in Armenia.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Supervise accounting, bookkeeping, payroll calculation of group entities;
- Be in charge of the financial reporting and budgeting process;
- Assist in external and internal audit preparation; 
- Manage Treasury/ Cash function;
- Manage cost optimization projects and automation projects;
- Prepare various financial and regulatory reports;
- Perform other job-related tasks assigned by the Manager.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- University degree in Finance or a related field;
- Professional experience as an Auditor or Chief Accountant/ Senior Accountant;
- Fluency in English language; knowledge of any other foreign language will be considered a plus;
- Comfortable working in a high pressure environment and working to strict deadlines.

 Russian Speaking Back Office Officer

TERM:  
Full-time, in shifts for a total of 40 hours/ week (5 days a week, 8 hours per day); shifts may apply to weekends as well.

JOB DESCRIPTION:  
 FXTM Armenia is looking for a candidate to fill the position of Russian Speaking Back Office Officer. The incumbent will report directly to the Head of Back Office and General Manager in Armenia.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Responsible for transactions processing;
- Monitor the correct workflow (deposit/ withdrawal process in internal systems);
- Responsible for communication and coordination with different departments;
- Responsible for customer relationship management: coordinate with clients for orders, payments and issue resolution;
- Handle customers' inquiries regarding payments;
- Prepare reports and analysis.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- University/ college degree in Economics, Accounting, Finance or a related field;
- Fluency in English and Russian languages, both written and oral;
- Relevant experience will be considered an advantage;
- Computer literacy; very good knowledge of MS Excel and MS Word;
- Excellent communication and monitoring skills;
- Ability to work comfortably in a high-pressure environment, as well as work to strict deadlines;
- Ability to work in shifts.

Russian Speaking Customer Support Representative

TERM:

JOB DESCRIPTION:  

- Assist clients worldwide through a live support;
- Answer e-mails, assist with the opening of client accounts, amend existing accounts, maintain client records and liaise with appropriate departments;
- Demonstrate impeccable telephone etiquette and management;
- Handle back office queries;
- Support clients with technical and troubleshooting issues;
- Report to the management;
- Deal with complaints of a varying nature promptly and effectively;
- Provide support and troubleshooting on MetaTrader platforms;
- Liaise with all departments to resolve issues;
- Liaise with the Compliance Officer regarding complaints and approval of accounts;
- Provide all relevant information to clients regarding documents and materials for becoming a client.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Higher education in Economics or a related field;
- Previous experience in a similar position will be considered an advantage;
- Excellent knowledge of Russian and English languages; knowledge of any other language will be considered as an advantage;
- Excellent spoken and written communication skills;
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure;
- Excellent computer skills (Microsoft Excel and Word);

 Russian Speaking Account Opening Representative

FXTM Armenia is looking for a Russian Speaking Account Opening Representative to join its team and realize the responsibilities mentioned below.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Verify and process all documents received and ensure that compliance procedures are being adhered to;
- Assist clients in sending correct documents to achieve customer satisfaction as well as Company growth; 
- Process all new documents, including individual, corporate, and IB;
- Complete compliance checks for new accounts;
- Respond to any emails regarding account opening;
- Follow up on pending accounts for outstanding documents, calls and emails;
- Liaise with other departments/ offices to ensure they are up to date with account opening procedures and documents required;
- Fill in account documents;
- Update records of accounts daily;
- Complete weekly/ monthly reports for account opening.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- University degree;
- Absolute fluency in Russian and English languages, both written and oral; knowledge of any other foreign language will be an advantage;
- Relevant experience in working with document flow will be considered as an advantage;

HR Specialist

JOB DESCRIPTION: 
 
FXTM Armenia is looking for a candidate to fill the position of HR Specialist. The position has dual reporting lines: to Global Head of HR and General Manager of Armenia.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage the HR administrative processes for the Armenian Office (prepare legally required documents: personnel files/ employment contracts, additional agreements, attendance and vacation schedule, etc.);
- Monitor vacation, sick leaves and absence in the Armenian Office;
- Fully responsible for recruitment in the Armenian Office;
- Oversee the recruitment and on-boarding processes in Foreign Offices according to the Company policies (draft job description, advertise vacancies across different channels, perform the phone/ Skype interviews, etc.);
- Source candidates through professional networks (LinkedIn, etc.);
- Provide support on HR management reporting;
- Participate in the development, implementation, and communication of all HR related projects and procedures;
- Perform other relevant tasks assigned by Line Managers.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- University degree;
- Absolute fluency in English language;
- At least 1 year of relevant work experience, preferably in the HR administration or recruitment;

FXTM Armenia is looking for a candidate to fill the position of Financial Markets Administrator. The position is for candidates seeking to gain experience in a dealing desk environment, specializing in foreign exchange.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assist in the daily operations of the Trade Support section;
- Deal with trading complaints, monitor the trading instruments, researching the new instruments;
- Prepare reports for the Head of Department;
- Monitor and maintain the Company's trading-related web-site pages and other relevant systems;
- Perform other job-related tasks assigned by the Supervisor;
