Our startup is a platform that delivers purchases from USA to Lebanon. Think of it as Onex or Globbing, except that instead of sending products by post, we ship products with our network of frequent travelers. This way:
- the travelers earn money on their trips (often enough to cover their round-way tickets).
- buyers in Lebanon receive their products quicker and cheaper than using the local solutions a la Onex.

Your work will be to manage all operations: you will have 2 major tasks:
- make sure that the right product is delivered to the right traveler and manage the shopping requests that buyers send to us. You will be the primarily
- contact that our users speak to, so we're looking for a person who loves working with people and speaks and writes perfect English. We are a fast growing startup so be comfortable working in a non-structured environment and multitask.
- Fluent English. All communications with the users are in English, so you need to speak and write it perfectly.
- French and/or Arabic is a plus.
- Previous experience in startup is a plus
- Good analytical skills and knowledge of excel is required.
