 Partnerships Coordinator


TERM:
  Full-time
START DATE/ TIME:  ASAP
DURATION:  Permanent, with 3 months of probation period.
LOCATION:  Yerevan, Armenia

JOB DESCRIPTION:  
FXTM Armenia is looking for a candidate to fill the position of Partnerships Coordinator. The ideal candidate should have the ability to make an impact from the start.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Handle all partners' incoming support queries efficiently and timely;
- Handle all various partnership payments efficiently and timely, with accurate checks and calculations;
- Responsible for payout groups' technical setup and smooth coordination;
- Investigate several scenarios and channels before presenting a comprehensive summary of each case;
- Coordinate between several departments to ensure smooth partners onboarding and operation;
- Continuously research and analyze offerings industrywide and present recommendations for improvements and/ or new ideas/ promotions;
- Coordinate with relevant departments regarding promotional content and overall presentation of the partnership program;
- Generate and maintain adequate reports and presentations relating to partners timely, whenever requested by relevant management;
- Monitor and evaluate partners' activities through several channels and provide timely update and recommendations;
- Coordinate with relevant departments regarding new offerings and ensure necessary approvals/ checks are in place;
- Test any new products/ systems to ensure proper setup prior to launch.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Absolute fluency in English language (both written and oral); knowledge of any additional language is an advantage;
- University degree in Business, Finance, Economics or other relevant field;
- Excellent numerical/ mathematical abilities;
- Sufficient knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint;
- At least 1 year of work experience in a sales environment, specifically experience with partnerships (introducers/ affiliates) preferably in the financial sector;
- Excellent oral and presentation skills;
- Very good organizational and administration skills;
- Ability to work, interact and communicate with other team members and other departments, in addition to managing projects timely and efficiently;
- Knowledge of MetaTrader and CRM Sugar is an advantage;
- Ability to learn new information quickly and adapt to a fast-paced demanding environment.

Arabic Speaking Account Opening Representative


TERM:
  Full-time, in shifts for a total of 40 hours/ week (5 days a week, 8 hours per day). Shifts may apply to weekends as well.
START DATE/ TIME:  ASAP
DURATION:  Permanent, with 3 months of probation period.
LOCATION:  Yerevan, Armenia

JOB DESCRIPTION:  
FXTM Armenia is looking for an Arabic Speaking Account Opening Representative. The ideal candidate will join a dynamic and fast paced working environment and realize the responsibilities mentioned below.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Verify and process all documents received and ensure that compliance procedures are being adhered to;
- Assist clients in sending correct documents to achieve customer satisfaction as well as company growth;
- Process all new documents, including Individual, Corporate, IB etc.;
- Complete compliance checks for new accounts;
- Respond to any emails regarding account opening;
- Follow up on pending accounts for outstanding documents, calls and emails;
- Liaise with other departments/ offices to ensure they are up to date with account opening procedures and documents required;
- Fill in account documents;
- Update records of accounts daily; 
- Complete weekly/ monthly reports for account opening;

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Experience in the Forex industry is an advantage;
- University degree;
- Absolute fluency in Arabic and English languages, both written and oral;
- Computer literacy: very good knowledge of MS Excel and MS Word;
- Excellent communication and monitoring skills;
- Ability to work in a high-pressure environment and meet strict deadlines;
- Detail oriented person;
- Team player.
