What you’ll be doing
 
  • Work closely with the data team in order to Maintain & Manage a master customer data base through the management platforms 
  • Develop a customer segmentation strategy along with a master customer database that is segmented effectively 
  • Apply Data health check all along with the IT & Technology team in order to make sure all information is accurately being reported and stored 
  • Launch Direct Marketing Communication to CRM Database 
  • AB test & automate marketing journey with personalized & targeted communication 
  • Coordinate with the marketing and data teams in order to create profile-based customer segments to maximize the response of the campaigns 
  • Collaborate with creative and content team to develop engaging and personalized messaging and experiences 
  • Work with Analytics team on reporting and analysis - embracing data in decision making 
  • Promote product adoption and cross-selling/upselling opportunities based on segment analysis in order to increase repeat rates while adhering to brand and value proposition guidelines 
  • Have a hand in user research to continually improve the customer lifecycle through messaging, targeting, and incentives
