Job Description

HR Assistant providing administrative and clerical assistance in various HR functions. This position involves handling employee data, coordinating recruitment efforts, maintaining records, and assisting with various HR processes to ensure the smooth operation of the HR department.

Job Responsibilities
  • Report directly to the HR Manager;
  • Recruiting: Sourcing, identifying, interviewing, and assessing candidates;
  • Benefits Administration: Assisting with enrollment, and explaining benefits to employees;
  • Payroll Assistance: Collecting and verifying data to ensure the ease and accuracy of the payroll process;
  • Employee Relations: Addressing basic employee inquiries, assisting in conflict resolution, and maintaining positive employee relationships;
  • Administrative Support: Handling paperwork, data entry, and maintaining employee records in compliance with company policies and legal regulations.
Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or General Educational Development (GED) diploma or any other high school graduate equivalency certificate (associate or bachelor's degree in HR or related field is a plus.)
  • Upper-Intermediate (B2) to a Advanced (C1) communication level in English;
  • Proficiency in computers, especially with word processors, and spreadsheets (Microsoft Office Suite / Google Suite), and strong typing skills.
  • Previous experience in an administrative or HR-related role is beneficial;
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Fluency in multiple languages may be desired.

Additional Information
  • This is NOT a Remote-Work position and selected candidates are expected to work full-time On-site. We are located at 74/3 Shirak Street (Shengavit area) in Yerevan, Armenia.
  • Working hours are either 18:00 - 01:00 AMT or 23:00 - 06:00 AMT (7 hours including a 30-minute meal break) | MON-SAT (6 days), SUN (Off);
  • Transportation will be provided;
  • Health Insurance will be provided to candidates who successfully complete 6 (six) months of employment;
