Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Legal Support Attorney to join our team.
As a Legal Support Attorney, you will play a critical role in advising the company and its affiliate entities on a wide range of legal and compliance matters related to contracts. This position is full-time remote based.

Qualifications:

J.D. or equivalent law degree from an accredited university and a valid license to practice law in the United States.

4+ years of transactional experience with a focus on contracts, particularly in the fintech, online marketing, or financial services industries.

Strong knowledge of data privacy laws, advertising and marketing regulations, and consumer lending laws.

Excellent drafting, negotiating, and review skills, with a focus on accuracy and attention to detail.

Strong autonomy, project management skills, and an organized approach to work.
Responsibilities:

Provide legal support to the Vice President of Legal and Compliance.

Draft, review, negotiate, and process a wide range of contracts, including NDAs, master services agreements, SaaS agreements, independent contractor agreements, and Statements of Work.

Support the development and revision of company contract templates to meet the needs of new products and brands.

Research legal issues and provide recommendations to management.

Draft and implement new company policies and procedures and update existing policies as needed.

Perform other duties as assigned by the Vice President of Legal.
