As we continue to grow, we are seeking a highly motivated and customer-centric individual to join our team as a Customer Success Representative.
 
 
Job Overview:
As a Customer Success Representative at Orders.co, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our clients receive unparalleled support and maximize the value of our solutions. You will be the primary point of contact for our customers, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and proactively assisting them in optimizing their order management processes. Additionally, you will be responsible for identifying opportunities to introduce new products and services to existing customers, contributing to revenue growth and customer satisfaction.
Working hours: 6 PM to 3 AM and 10 PM to 7 AM, weekend coverage is applicable as well.

Responsibilities:
1. Customer Support: Provide timely and effective customer support through various channels, including email, phone, and chat, addressing inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and offering solutions.
2. Onboarding: Guide new customers through the onboarding process, ensuring a smooth transition to our platform and assisting with initial setup and configuration.
3. Product Knowledge: Develop and maintain a deep understanding of Orders.co products and services to provide expert assistance and advice to customers.
4. Training: Conduct training sessions for customers to enhance their understanding of Orders.co features, best practices, and optimization strategies.
5. Customer Advocacy: Act as a customer advocate within the company, collaborating with internal teams to ensure customer feedback is addressed, and contribute to product improvement.
6. Upselling and Cross-selling: Identify opportunities to introduce new products and services to existing customers, effectively communicating the value proposition and benefits to drive revenue growth.
7. Retention: Proactively engage with customers to build strong relationships, identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling, and contribute to customer retention efforts.
8. Documentation: Contribute to the development and maintenance of customer-facing documentation, knowledge base articles, and tutorials.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in relevant field or equivalent practical experience.
  • Proven experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in customer success or support.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric mindset.
  • Familiarity with restaurant tech processes and order management is a plus.
  • English language proficiency at C1 level or better.
 
Note: Due to the on-site nature of this role, we will only consider candidates who are willing to work from our location (Office location: 46/1, Davtashen 2nd district)
