Birthright ArmeniaBirthright Armenia is an organization which allows young Diaspora Armenians between the ages of 21-32 to connect with their ancestral homeland by providing not only travel reimbursement but also a local host family to stay with. Birthright Armenia participants commit to a minimum of 30 hours of volunteering per week and must stay for a minimum of 9 weeks, and a maximum of 1 year. The only exception to this is the Birthright Lite program, which allows working professionals over the age of 25 who have full time jobs to stay for a minimum of 4 weeks instead of 9. Participants are offered Armenian language classes and have the chance to go on excursions every weekend and meet like-minded people from all around the world.

Armenian Volunteer CorpsArmenian Volunteer Corps (AVC), encourages volunteers aged 21+ from around the world to volunteer in Armenia for a minimum stay of 1 month and a maximum of 1 year. They work with over a thousand placement partners and allow participants to volunteer with the placement of their own choosing. In addition, AVC also provides airport pick-up, living arrangements with host families, Armenian language classes and more.

Armenians Come Together
It’s a service trip for those who want to roll up their sleeves and give back in person. AGBU ACT has since evolved and works to implement the important humanitarian work of AGBU in Armenia with the strength of our strongest assets, the volunteers. Volunteer responsibilities may include: packaging and distributing food and hygiene packages, registering families and individuals for humanitarian aid, engage in sports, cultural, and recreational activities with area children, etc.

Arménie Terre de Vie
The program runs each summer for 4-weeks. 30 participants live in a designated village in Armenia, focus on a reconstruction project and lead sessions with local children to educate them on healthcare and hygiene. Volunteers must be aged from 18 to 30 years old, and speak English, French or Armenian. All participants old and must be available during the entire duration of the program and are expected to work in advance of their trip to promote and crowdfund for that year's efforts.
