Artur moved from Moscow after the 2018 revolution. Initially, as a volunteer of Birthright Armenia, he went to Gyumri. After the program in 2019, he opened KIDO - children's educational center and a creative workshop for children from 3 to 6 years old. Now, 40 children study there, some of them from low-income families.
Artur is also involved in the development of a community of young Russian-speaking repatriates and works at the Tourism and Urbanism Foundation.
