As an Account Manager, you are responsible for the post-sale relationship and account management at ArevMedia Marketing. It is your job to ensure that
 
Your accounts are successful and operating smoothly. It is your responsibility to make sure the client is regularly updated on the performance of their account.
 
This means managing, documenting and optimizing our people, systems and processes for customer onboarding and expectation setting, customer satisfaction and working with our departments to improve our products.

Responsibilities
 
Embody & Promote Team Values
Set & Achieve Department Objectives
Innovate in your department to ensure that objectives are achieved.
 
Provide a good Customer Journey and Deepen Relationships
De Escalate Customer Concerns
Work to minimize instances of refunds or reputation damage.
 
 
 
Onboarding & Offboarding
 
When onboarding a new client, it is your responsibility to be the “bridge” between the client and ArevMedia. This means, you are responsible for organizing and relaying and entering all of the information necessary for ArevMedia to succeed in the account.
 
When offboarding a client, it is your responsibility to do so in a professional and supportive manner. Follow any existing feedback loops to get the clients review on us, so that we can work to improve our processes.
 
Hold the team accountable for due dates, SOPs, training, and projects.
Discovering new client needs
Provide the highest standard of client care at all times.
Miscellaneous tasks relating to Campaign Management, as needed
Client calls and communication
Be proactive, not reactive. Whether the account is performing good or bad, you must communicate account standings with the client and give them our plans to either optimize or improve the account.
 
 
 
Primary Objectives
 
Substantially increase Average Customer Retention
Substantially reduce Customer Complaints, Refunds, and Churn.
Substantially increase Reviews, Referrals, and References
Work directly with the team to identify new Revenue Opportunities via campaign expansions or upsells.

Tech savvy and has a genuine interest in software and products. Experience learning workflows & processes inside of CRMs, project management tools, customer success management platforms etc. Leverages technology to make the team & process more efficient.
