TCF's team is growing and we’ve got a great opportunity! We are seeking a results-oriented and experienced Business Development Manager with a focus on the e-commerce sector to drive our growth
As the Business Development Manager specializing in e-commerce, your primary responsibility will be to lead the charge in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities within the e-commerce industry. You will be instrumental in growing our client base, increasing revenue, and strengthening client relationships
What you’ve got to do?
Conduct thorough market research to identify emerging trends, market gaps, and potential e-commerce clients' needs
Identify and engage prospective e-commerce clients through cold calls, emails, networking, and industry events
Cultivate and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing and new clients by understanding their unique e-commerce challenges and objectives
Develop and execute effective sales strategies tailored to the e-commerce market, ensuring a consistent pipeline of opportunities
Collaborate closely with our team to create persuasive proposals, presentations, and pitches that address clients' specific e-commerce requirements and showcase the value of our services
Meet or exceed sales targets and revenue goals by closing deals and expanding our client portfolio within the e-commerce industry
Stay updated on e-commerce industry trends, competitive activities, and best practices to provide valuable insights to clients and continually enhance our services
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, opportunities, and client interactions:
To succeed in this role, you’ll need;
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (Master's degree preferred)
Strong comprehension of e-commerce platforms, technologies, and digital marketing strategies
Fluency in both speaking and writing in English
Excellent negotiation and communication skills, both written and verbal
Strong analytical skills and a data-driven mindset
Results-driven mindset with the ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
Experience in using CRM software and Sales Analytics Tools
Advanced English knowledge
