Position Overview:
Business Solutions LLC is seeking a Financial Analyst with finance/financial operations experience. They will be a key member in financial support to the business through financial analysis, budgeting, monitoring, loss prevention, planning & forecasting; to facilitate decision making and future business strategies. Persons in this role have advancement opportunities to support different businesses and lead programs.
Responsibilities:

Use financial knowledge to build financial models, interpret data, draw conclusions, and make recommendations that deliver results, drive improvements.

Oversee financial reporting and create automated daily/weekly/monthly financial reports (dashboards). Understand input drivers and validate the integrity of the reporting to influence strategic decision-making and planning.

Identify, resolve, or provide guidance to resolve complex data integrity issues.

Work with different divisions to establish the annual budget and update forecasts regularly.

Work with a variety of data sources. Identify incomplete or inaccurate data, identify root causes of data issues, escalate discrepancies, fix data where possible.

Use advanced MS Excel and Google Sheets to work with large data sets.

Identify and implement solutions to resolve, improve, automate, standardize, and simplify finance and control processes.

Make thoughtful time management decisions independently. Prioritize work, take personal initiatives, resolve issues, meet deadlines, and seek feedback.
Required qualifications

Finance/financial operations experience or a related analytical field.

BA or BS in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a highly analytical field.

Advanced financial modeling, budgeting, monitoring, controlling, and reporting skills.

Advanced user of Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and other Microsoft Office and Google Suite products.

Fluent in English.

People and task-oriented with previous experience in team management a plus.
