ACX is seeking KYC and AML Officers to join our Compliance team.

• Bachelor's degree in finance, business, or a related field.

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in KYC/AML or a similar role.

• Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and industry best practices.

• Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.

• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

• Proficiency in using KYC/AML tools and software.

• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

• Knowledge of cryptocurrency transactions and associated risks is a plus.

• Relevant certifications in compliance or AML are advantageous.

What should you do:

• Conduct thorough KYC (Know Your Customer) and AML (Anti-Money Laundering) checks on clients to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

• Review and verify customer identification documents and information provided.

• Assess customer risk levels based on transaction patterns and source of funds.

• Investigate and escalate any suspicious activities identified during the KYC/AML process.

• Maintain accurate records of KYC/AML documentation and customer information.

• Stay informed about changes in regulations and industry best practices related to KYC/AML.

• Assist in developing and implementing KYC/AML policies and procedures.

• Participate in training programs to enhance knowledge of KYC/AML processes.
