As a Lead Account Manager, you will be pivotal in managing post-sale relationships and account management at ArevMedia Marketing. Your primary goal is to ensure the success and smooth operation of your accounts, maintaining regular updates on account performance for our clients. You will manage, document, and optimize our people, systems, and processes to enhance customer onboarding, satisfaction, and product improvement.

Responsibilities:
 
Team Values: Embody and promote team values, set and achieve department objectives, and innovate to meet those objectives.
Customer Journey: Provide an excellent customer journey, deepen relationships, de-escalate concerns, and minimize refunds or reputation damage.
Onboarding & Offboarding: Act as the “bridge” between the client and ArevMedia, ensuring all necessary information is relayed and documented. Conduct professional and supportive offboarding, gathering client feedback for process improvement.
Team Accountability: Hold the team accountable for due dates, SOPs, training, and projects. Identify new client needs and provide the highest standard of client care.
Proactive Communication: Maintain proactive communication with clients about account performance, providing plans to optimize or improve the account.
Primary Objectives: Increase average customer retention, reduce complaints, refunds, and churn, and increase reviews, referrals, and references. Identify new revenue opportunities through campaign expansions or upsells.
