Job responsibilities
What you've got to do?
 
  • Project Leadership: Lead e-commerce projects from inception to successful execution, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and on budget.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with teams such as marketing, design, development, and customer support to ensure alignment and integration of e-commerce initiatives.
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and execute project plans that align with our long-term e-commerce strategy, making data-driven decisions to optimize user experience and conversion rates.
  • Resource Management: Allocate resources effectively, including budgets, personnel, and technology, to ensure the successful delivery of projects.
  • Risk Management: Identify potential risks and proactively develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
  • Quality Assurance: Oversee the implementation of quality control measures, ensuring that our e-commerce platforms meet and exceed customer expectations.
  • Performance Analysis: Monitor KPIs and metrics to assess the impact of e-commerce projects and make data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Innovation: Stay informed about e-commerce industry trends and emerging technologies, bringing fresh ideas and innovative solutions to our projects.
 
 
Required qualifications
What will you need for this role?
 
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (Master's preferred).
  • Proven experience as an E-commerce Project Manager or a similar role in e-commerce;
  • Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms such as Shopify, WordPress, and WooCommerce;
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Understanding of marketing, measurement and analytics, content management, and digital marketing;
