· Control and participation in the processing of the new projects;
· Control of the project cost calculation and preparation of the proposals together with the sales department ;
· Negotiating, attracting projects and organizing sales necessary for projects;
· Redirection of the involved projects to the appropriate services and organizations;
· Preparation of conditions for warehousing, delivery and delivery of products for sale, coordination with the legal department to determine the appropriate contractual conditions;
· Periodic monitoring of the terms of contracts in the portfolio of the department, if necessary, participation in the preparation of the new conditions.
· Development of an appropriate strategy for the implementation of the sales plan and organization of its implementation / maintenance
· Assistance in coordinating the employees of the department, monitoring the execution of work, checking the work performed and monitoring in the process of implementation.
· Participate in the calculation of engineering projects and take part in sales.
· Understand technical documentation, be able to read plans and diagrams;
· Generation of high-quality leads, follow-up after initial contact, securing and renewing orders, price negotiation, closing sales and arranging deliveries.
· Research, development and modification of products to meet the technical requirements and needs of customers.
· Collaborate with sales teams to understand the customer requirements and provide sales support.
· Helping customers who have problems with installed products and recommending improved or upgraded materials and equipment.
· Preparing and developing technical presentations to explain company's products or services to customers.
