BostonGene is pioneering the use of biomedical software to identify novel and personalized treatment options through next-generation multi-platform analytics, advancing and optimizing outcomes for cancer patients. Our mission is to power healthcare’s transition to personalized medicine using our AI-based molecular and immune profiling to improve the standard of care, accelerate research, and improve economics.
We recently moved our Moscow office (400+ employees) to Yerevan and are looking for candidates to work from Armenia.
Job Responsibilities:
As a System/Business Analyst at BostonGene, you will play a crucial role in bridging the gap between our technical teams and our clients' needs. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

Collaborating with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements.

Translating business requirements into technical specifications and user stories.

Working closely with development teams to ensure the successful implementation of solutions. Define processes, algorithms and control them on implementation.

Creating and maintaining comprehensive documentation, including functional and non-functional requirements, process flows, and system diagrams.

Utilizing CRM systems, such as Salesforce, to streamline business processes and enhance customer experiences.
-
Validation and testing of developed solutions ensure they meet quality standards. Demonstration of solutions to stakeholders.

Continuously expanding your knowledge of industry trends and best practices in system analysis and design.
Required Qualifications:
-
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
-
At least 2 years of experience in the IT industry, with a focus on testing, software development or system analysis.

Solid knowledge of UML, BPMN, C4 or similar.

Understanding of any programming language.
-
Experience working with CRM systems, preferably Salesforce.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to quickly grasp complex concepts and technologies.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Understanding the basics of the CI/CD process
-
Fluency in English, both written and verbal.
Additional Skills (Nice to Have):
-
Prior experience with project management or software architecture.

Knowledge of Agile methodologies and tools, such as Jira.

Knowledge of version control, git, CI/CD, and release management
-
Familiarity with data analysis techniques and tools.

Certification in business analysis or related field.
