Responsibilities include:

Design and implement social media strategy to align with goals

Generate, edit, publish and share engaging content daily (e.g. original text, photos, videos and articles)

Coordinate the production of photo and video materials with the multimedia specialists
-
Engage in regular and meaningful interaction with stakeholders (repats and hikers for example) and colleagues to identify stories to highlight
-
Answer all the comments quickly to increase engagement and support the Marketing Manager in answering inquiries if needed
-
Oversee social media accounts’ design (e.g. Facebook timeline cover, profile pictures and blog layout)

Monthly and quarterly reports: Collect, review, and analyze data on a monthly basis to determine whether social media campaigns have achieved their objectives

Stay up-to-date with current technologies and trends in social media, design tools and applications

Work constantly with the Comms team to analyze the results of our social media presence and strengthen it
-
Support the PR Manager in sending SM content to be promoted by a third part, and for virtual outreach events
Requirements:
-
University undergraduate degree
-
Experience in creating social media strategies
-
Knowledge of best practices for social media platforms such as Facebook, X, Instagram, LinkedIn, Vkontakte, Telegram, etc.

Being curious of new social media trends
-
Excellent knowledge of English and Armenian required, knowledge of Russian or other languages preferred

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Craft engaging content

Organized and able to multitask

Ability to deal professionally, effectively and cooperatively with stakeholders

Demonstrate problem solving, interpersonal, good judgment, and teamwork skills

Demonstrate flexibility and have a creative mind
